Abstract

A virtual assistant is software built on artificial intelligence (AI)'This is a new generation search software, responding to short answers, directly to the user's question. With data of huge knowledge store deeply integrated into the operating system by famous technology companies such as Google Assistant, Siri of Apple, Bixby of Samsung, etc, virtual assistants are to support users to perform operations, analysis and make decisions more easily.
