Mother worship has a special place in the system of indigenous folk beliefs in Vietnam. It is associated with the spiritual life of the people and expresses cultural identity, customs and traditions of the Vietnamese community for many generations. "Practices related to the Việt beliefs in the Mother Goddesses of Three Realms" was recognized by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) as the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity on December 1, 2016. Tourism associated with spiritual worship form therefore become more appealing and attractive to domestic and foreign tourists.
