Abstract

This paper focuses on the following contents: Analysis of the current human resource requirements in libraries and information centers (LICs); Survey and assessment of the situation of human resources in LICs in Vietnam; Proposing solutions to improve the quality of human resources in LICs in order to ensure efficient operations.
