The author researches and comments on legal provision on forms of administrative penalties for violations arising from mineral sector. Accordingly, these regulations are legal basis for authorized subject sanctioning for administrative violations against regulations on mineral sector. However, the legal provisions have some shortcomings that cause difficulties for the application process. In the article, the author proposes solutions to perfect the legal provisions on forms of administrative penalties for violations arising from mineral sector.
