Với chủng mới có tốc độ lây lan nhanh, nhiều địa phương đã yêu cầu người dẫn thực hiện nghiêm ngặt việc giãn cách. Các trung tâm, câu lạc bộ, phỏng tập thể dục thể thao như: phòng tập gym, aerobic, yoga... đã đóng cửa hoặc hoạt động theo hình thức giãn cách, cảnh giác cao. Vì vậy, việc tập luyện sẽ bị ảnh hưởng và gián đoạn.
